Great video. Do you work with clients that do not have the best rental history? Also, do you know of a way we can check our rental history prior to working with you?
I personally don't however you can contact a second chance leasing agent and they will be able to locate an apartment that accepts clients with a past history. I hope this helps 😉
Are you incentivized by properties to bring in clients? For example, are there certain properties yo won't refer clients as it pertains to reimbursement for bringing in the client?
