All secrets in Eternal Narthex (obsidian dungeon) in Mortal Shell (that you couldn't find)

I am lazy and don't care that there is no sound and items are already picked up. In inventory I show the items that are in those secret places.
If you don't like that the UI is in Russian then learn Russian instead of whining.
If you found more secrets (except for the one with final upgrade for the seal that I was too lazy to show and forgot about, actually) fell free to tell about them in the comments. I won't make another video about them anyway.
