You can , they are just idiots .. there is an option to hide who is following you even if you account is public / where above say only you can look for a specific person you follow , even if there are people that appear , but there isn’t the search bar , so super hard to find a specific person if you have a lot of followers .. , actually that is why I’m here for .. not this misleading title.
