This episode’s ‘round the world’ holiday was to Singapore and Fiji (all holiday destinations, in series 10 episodes, were exactly that; it wasn’t until series 11, where they’d merely be one settled holiday destination) [except in series 12’s ‘Pat VS Mick’ episode, where said episode’s holiday destination was ‘round the world’].
What did people think of the end of game klaxon (by name of ‘Cosmic Blowout’) at 20:42? (this was the only series, of the new Carlton era, it was heard in - as of series 11, it was replaced with a sound effect similar to a police siren)
This was the only series we saw the losing contestant again post-Super Catchphrase (the viewers be left, asking themselves, out of curiosity, what happens to them, when the Super Catchphrase happens, and when the results of the Super Catchphrase happen - regardless of if their opponents won the Super Catchphrase or not).
@Spencer Lent No, it’s only series 10 we see the losing contestant again, post-Super Catchphrase (when the credits roll); as of series 11, only the contestant who made it to the Super, is seen leaving the set with Roy, when the credits roll. Look at 24:00, when this episode’s contestant, who got beaten, is seen again, when the credits roll. This never happened post-series 10 (and especially never happened in the TVS / Meridian Catchphrase era).
@Spencer Lent Thanks for responding. I’m still waiting to hear (and, BTW, sorry to be pestering you *again*) if there are ways, other than here (UA-cam), we can talk (as I bet you’ve seen what I want to talk about, regarding this show).
best music (in the catchphrase animations): 7:14 (and heard again at 15:05) 7:53 8:52 (again, sounds similar to one of the catchphrase animation music tracks from the TVS / Carlton era, but better) 12:07 14:33 15:54
Whenever I say an episode’s good, why do comments as such suddenly disappear? Wouldn’t people rather I said positive stuff, about Catchphrase episodes?
All of Roy's jokes are crap but they put me under some sort of hypnotic spell.

I love catchphrase
They'd never allow mad house now lol , i can't believe they didn't get bull in a china shop 😂
This is the only series 10 episode I like (I wish I could say why, but I’m aware what’s deterring me).

Incredible win!
Out of curiosity, who (of this episode’s two contestants - Chris or Claire) did you want to win?

7:13 The bell was too late, so I can't blame Chris entirely for jumping the gun.
