Classic Roux cuisine. The Guinea fowl looked stunning with the Truffle sauce. I was there when Roux senior was running the pass and Terry Wogan was scoffing Grouse for lunch. Dessert prices....bit scary £46 for the assiette, £36 for the souffle and £14 for a cup of tea. .. That's not good.
I remember when it first opened...how wonderful that is is still one of the best restaurants in the UK.
