Cool set up! Do what you feel comfortable with. Dont be afraid to dyi stuff , who cares what it looks like. What matters is if it works for ya. Ill keep you in prayer too bro
New subscriber! Thanks for the great info. I'm starting my camper build and the first thing I bought, after my truck with my topper, was the carbon monoxide detector. We apparently have the same one, so that is further verification that I bought a good one. Thank you my brother. Mike
I, too, have recently started working on building out a portable camper in my truck shell. Like everybody else I use my truck for multiple other things and wanted a set up that I could put together and break down very simply. Mines a bit more elaborate than yours but still simpler than my tow behind popup.
Tundra buddies! I lived in my tundra bed in niagara county for over 1 yr. Its all about the sleeping bag and hat and buddy heater. I have the woodland camo MSS.
This is a awesome budget build and super easy to take out ! I’m like you I use my truck bed for every thing but I also want to camp it it ! I’ll be using this idea for sure !!
Your setup is perfect, your message of our savior is even better!!
Great simple set up…. Perfection!
God bless you for using this opportunity to share the Lord with others. Your good presentation and your peaceful persona are a good witness.
"I would NEVER sleep back here if it was zero below" 😄 🤣 😂 ....... me either !!!
Nice setup. 😊
You gave us some great ideas! You could have a future in this!

Thanks God bless you.
Simple setup... much like mine.
The way you set your camper truck up, is very similar to how I set mine up. Works perfect for me. Great share. Thank you.
Thanks from Alaska ; useful overview and thank you for the blessing.
I would add a backpacking type thin foam sleeping pad for under the sleeping bag. I've slept on cots and my back got cold without a pad.
I love this simple and effective set up! Well done!
Awesome setup. Thank you for the prayer brother.

Hi, I was wondering how you use the vice grips to lock the shell from the inside?
How do you close your leer cap from the inside? I just got my 180xr and I can’t figure out how to close it when I’m in the truck
What size Jackery did you have?
