the x-ray focusing mechanism was particularly interesting!

Stars going nova? That was a blast.

....and all hail asymmetry! Asymmetry in the CMB. Asymmetry in the missing anti-matter of the big expansion. Asymmetry in super novas producing the heavy elements for life. And last but not least, asymmetric entropy for the end of everything.

Funny... NuSTAR studies stars so old that they're no longer stars.

The answer is, life itself is asymmetric. To have an artificial intelligence (supercomupter) attempt to decode something asymmetric, these results will ensue. Everything that exists in our reality, is living.

Yes, but in reality super novas do explode, the problem is that apparently in the computer models gravity is stronger than the explosion. (so the models are wrong).

The only supernova you are going to see explode in a computer simulation is when you add electric fields to the equation, the only known way to ever accelerate charged particles.

it collapses into a black hole, right? and also there are neuron stars that seem to never die

Super nova didn't have that ignition formula like it did in the past Like the blast theory they came up with.

    Elegant. What an amazing lens.

Could it be that the exploding material just can't overcome the inherent gravity at the center of the star? It would seem that gravity, even though it is the weakest force, in such a massive object like a star, could keep the exploding material from accelerating outward, thereby stopping the explosion. Any thoughts? Opinions? Flames? ;)

a supernova is an explosion of a star.. so the title of this video doesn't make sense because if there's no explosion then there's no supernova to begin with

Scientists actually can make a copy of a leaf, pulled from a tree, using it's Dna, and bio-engineering. They have already made a DNA replica of Cow Meat, which was taste-tested about a month ago, which was generally well received.

Ummm... we do not really know anything - especially if we believe gravity is the dominate force in the Universe. I am inclined to believe the Universe is electric. Peace

The exosphere is actually 600 degrees Celcium.

The answer is in the first verse of the Torah. "There waters" describe how the heavens were made. Stars are not hydrogen gas, but rather water, which has collapsed under it's own gravity. Only the outer shell of hydrogen is visible to telescopes. That is also why the core of the sun is only a few thousand degrees, while the exosphere is millions of degrees.

Lol software error......no data..!! computers super or not always rely on software that some genius writes but having them try simulating the cosmos with I expect limited data source to use as a template for the simulation, it's bound to not know wtf happens in these extreme situations...!

If there actually was any science in the "Torah," it would have the same universal following and appeal as Newton's Philosophiæ Naturalis Principia Mathematica. That it does not tells you that there is something wrong with your "Torah Theory."
