1- No haram
2- Agreement (Razamandi)
3- In writing (likh kr karobar)
4- in disagreement, party 1 will get benefit (ikhtilaaf ma bechny walay ki baat mane jayegi)
5- Never avoid bad things (nuqs na chupaye jain)
6- Pay your employees early (Mazdoor ki ujrat uska paseena khusq hone sa pehly)
7- Never break someone else's deal by price manipulation ( kisi ka kahq zeda pesay de k na churao)
8- Taking something by force ( kisi ma maal zor zabardaste na lo)
9- Never sell something without ownership ( jo maal apky kabzay mannai ap nai becho, Loans etc.)
10- Proper Measurement (wazn, tool knkarobar krna)
11- If customer lost the product releave him ( agr gahaq ka nuqsan ho gya ha use muaf kro)
12- Quality and beauty of product ( paidar or khoobsoorat maal)

For example you buy a car through installments. You pay 8 installments out of 9 but still you don't have full ownership of that car you can't sell that car.
