You made it look relatively easy, Frank !! Your engineers mind certainly helps, the pass through jack and dry ice made setting the bushings an easy task !! Now you will have to get used to digging with a straight boom 😂
You handled that repair great! Can't wait to see that new quicktach. Long as it's a pin grabber style and not retractable pins like Case gave us on the Super N series it will be great. I could entertain you for hours with stories about how bad the Case version sucks.
Love watching your work on that backhoe , very proficient indeed . It’s also incredible the hours you have clocked up +12,000 by now ? I hope I get 1/2 that many on my B115 , there are a good backhoe virtually no electronic complications and easy on the fuel as you have said they dig comfortably at low revs .
I have an European LB95B. Great to see your videos for some reference when I'm fixing bits on my one. Just wondering what are the steel sizes on your lifting gantry frame. I could do with making one of them.
Great job, Sir. You make it look easy !!! And i know what you mean about older equipment to the new stuff !!! I'll keep my old John Deere equipment, for a couple of reasons, Can't afford the new stuff and much easy to work on !!! Your friend from Michigan !!!! 55 and sunny today !!!!!!!
Good job Frank, have the same problem with my swing carriage, did the pins and bushes but thoses four bores are wallowed out, if new holland had only bushes them in the first place. Love that jack btw.
Yessiree…, it’s cheaper to keep her (fix her)… Well now, that porta-power thru cylinder is “the money”. Frank, you made that look pretty damn easy. Great video, Thank you sir. P.S., I didn’t want say anything, to bring attention to it, but I noticed your footing dig outs were just a hair off…, but now that you have that new “all dialed in” swing tower, well…, all will be right with the world…, hahaha..!
Thank you for all the great videos, I would like to purchase one of those presses you have do you have a part number and a place to order? Thanks again
Thanks for watching, the ram is a vevor 30 ton hollow ram, the pump is from a harbor fright 10 ton portopower. The rod is 1” coil thread rod, a local concrete supply company such as Maxwell supply can get you that.
And how? Seems that if you are a danger touching controls from the outside you shouldn’t be touching them from the inside? If you know your equipment, you know the dangers. Nonetheless, thanks for your concern, all heavy equipment repairs will likely incur the greatest risk of injury. Of that my friend I am fully aware.
@@Digginok Welp, since Roxy doesn't have thumbs, you didn't have much choice but to do it yourself. Heavy equipment repair is certainly the "Big Boy" program.

Damn two grand to line bore four bores. I need to invest in a line boring machine and quit bulldozing lol.
Yup, think the same!

Hi Frank
that job would have cost you over $1,000 at a dealer's shop!
And a week of downtime most likely?
I realize you are aware but operating a backhoe from the ground is very dangerous.
And how? Seems that if you are a danger touching controls from the outside you shouldn’t be touching them from the inside? If you know your equipment, you know the dangers.
