7 years ago I had a heart problem taking to hospital they said we will treat you as a you had heart attacked an they said I have irregular heart beat AFib
Anyway they gave me very strong medication but I never use them
I always believe positive mental attitude , change life style, exercise and meditation will sort me out
Week ago I had very strong flu taking hospital with heart beat 180 anyway all sorted now I am taking beta blocker bisoprolol fumarate 3.75mg
I don’t want to take it but also I can’t leave it
my problem now how can I control my high blood pressure
Natural way trying
I believe in our body so intelligence heal self but how can I help to my body
By the way I don’t eat barcode meals very health diet I follow
Take supplements

Can you advice me what shall I do
for my high blood pressure medication(HATE THEM)
