Noce video dear, all the best! Can you please make a video for accommodation options and transportation for students who are considering studying in Barcelona.
Nice video. Thanks for sharing. You’ve locked yourself a nice rental at €800 per month. Those were COVID prices. I believe rents are more expensive now. I would add another €200-€300 to your total to get a more realistic calculation. Good luck
I know you had lived in London, do you find Barcelona much much cheaper? I’ve only been to visit a few times and I found it so much cheaper. We are looking at moving there and I’m curious
I wouldn't say "much much" cheaper. But it's definitely cheaper. Especially something like transportation, eating out etc. Rent is quite high but definitely not as high as in London though.
You are right that it’s definitely cheaper and probably best option! What I personally found tho is that my wallet mess up a ticket and then it becomes unusable. But i guess with transport card this can be avoided now !
Hey, I was going to CFA Barri Gotic , in general you can search for CFA in Barcelona and it will give you public schools. They normally enroll people in September, but it might be worth just reaching out to them to get exact date.
Living in London, this to me sounds a lot more good than the rent here. My friend lives 15 min away from Barcelona and pays €800 for a 3 bed apartment, I pay €500 for a room in zone 3 🥴
On busses they aren't , on metro I think it depends on the size, but generally yes and in terms of trains (intercity), some allow it and some don't you'd have to check whichever you take
i want to apply job for vuelling airlines...i don't on how to select the salary range...can you advise the recommendation range for an executive job there
Hey , it will all depend on the position and your experience. From what I know a lot of people start at around 22-24k per year in tech industries as a starting position. Hope it helps!
Apologies for slow response. A lot of companies ( especially international ones ) offer remote positions after covid. I am actually working in one right now too. Of course it is more common in tech ( or tech powered ) industry.
@@PauliusCreates the company that offers me the job is not paying for relocation, housing and aircraft. Do you know how I can get a flat or a place to arrived?? Thanks
Hey Sandra, the way I did it was getting Airbnb for a week or two and then looking through idealista and badi for places and arranging viewings before arriving. So when I arrived I had quite few places lined up to check out
Thank you ! One I am going to is CFA Gothic , but there must be some other "CFA's" around the city where you could to do the same in case this one is too far.
Not when I moved. Now I’m getting B1 level. Regarding job, depends on your industry. If its within tech then not so much. But for example if you are in education or cuatomer service , that would be much harder
@@PauliusCreates Do you think the bureaucracy in Spain is very serious? Their efficiency is very slow and the process is very complicated and cumbersome

Thanks ! Yes, you're right rent prices are going crazy lately, I was considering re-shooting this video to provide more up to date figures :)
@@PauliusCreates do it please

Great video! Can you please recommend some websites to search for rent in Barcelona?
Thanks ! The ones I’ve used and would recommend are Idealista and Badi :)

You get the wrong transport card .
make sure you use the T-usual card
30 days for 20 euros
unlimited travel in the city on bus, sub, tram
You are right that it’s definitely cheaper and probably best option!
What I personally found tho is that my wallet mess up a ticket and then it becomes unusable. But i guess with transport card this can be avoided now !
Hello Paulius, Please share the public school names in Barceloa area or any link where i can go and register for the Language Course.

when people in Barcelona talk about their monthly salaries, is that before or after income tax?
I'd say depends on the person, but most of the time before income tax :)
What is the name of the language school you go to?
CFA Barri Gòtic
Rent is only 1040 EU? It has only 1 bedroom, right? Which neighborhood?
Hey, it’s in Gracia. You can see it here : “My small Barcelona apartment tour”

Hey, is 51k a good salary to live in Barcelona for a single person ??
Hey Sandra , yes it is. Of course it depends what you are accustomed to. But it’s above what average person earns here
