Yeah it was definitely a major cost but it will get us in a place and is less then building with lumber right now.

Unfortunately we’re using some used counters and the sink is made in the counter, so it’s going to be where it’s going to be.

Was it cheaper getting the rough cut lumber? Its looking great. Those are a nice sized window. Should let in a lot of light and a good breeze.
