Thak you so much for your clear explanations! I have an issue in traffic; while waiting in the red lights, car takes position from D to Parking, after waiting 2/3 minutes in traffic. Do you have any idea?
Is there a PCM owner manual to help explain what all you can display or show or control in the touchscreen and in the instrument/driver screen? I notice, for example, that you apparently do not know how to configure the right-side information screens in the instrument panel; this is done with the settings screen in the main menu on the touchscreen (wheels at far right) -- and this is very important to many people including myself (to have data displayed that I refer to a lot). You can also change the orientation of the map in the instrument panel (both 3D and 2D in direction of travel, or 2D with north up) and can change to auto-zoom or not, by clicking on the screen when scrolling through and reaching the map (whereby you'll get a menu with these other items). I personally can't stand a pseudo-3D map view on any computer screen in a car, as none of them are really aniy good and they only serve to cause confusion. There's also a useful feature to pull up surrounding gas stations, or restaurants, or charging stations, etc., in the map (both via icons in the touchscreen and via using voice commands).
Hi Paul anyway you can help me? I’m in Morocco, just purchased a new cayenne hybrid 2024. For some reason nothing works. I don’t have homelink, can’t connect nothing to my integrated passenger screen. Last can setup my Porsche app 😩. Please help me 🙏🏽
I have 2024 Cayenne with Air suspension (it was with the Premium plus package). I am not happy with the ride quality. Why is there no comfort mode anymore in Porsche like old days? There is normal, sport and off-road settings. I kept ride height as normal and drive mode as normal too. But not the comfort I am expecting from 100K car. My model 3 2024’s more silent and also more comfortable. Is there anything I can do to improve? Or is it the best an IC car can do?
Normal is "comfort" mode. With the two valve dampers the ride is much improved over previous Cayennes. I would also check your tire pressure to make sure the tires are not overinflated.
@@paulsteinbruner2129 Thanks. Reduced tyre pressure and enabled comfort pressure in the setting. Better now, but still my 2024 Tesla Model 3 is better considering not is only half of Cayenne’s price. Expected more from Porsche. Keeping it for the love of the brand! They will have to improve ride quality if they want to stay in the market

Get the smaller 20 inch wheels. You should be ok

Thanks alot for the great explanation. 👍 well done. Does the new porsche has an app? Remote start on?
No remote start for gasoline powered Porsches
How do you set up the system so that, you can reply to text messages? Thanks!!
This would need to be done with Apple Car Play or Android Auto.
No HUD?
I have another video showing the HUD in a Taycan. It is pretty much the same system in a Cayenne.
Does it not have ambient lights
This particular Cayenne did not have ambient lighting
