Dude at the beginning is King Iso, He literally just signed with Strange Music, but he's been around for a minute. Used to be part of Brainsick with Twisted Insane, but split from them. Dude is dope, and his last album Dementia is fantastic. Definitely worth looking more into.
As a standalone song, it's obviously awesome, but I think one thing a lot of people miss or don't care about is that techs albums are all FULL ALBUMS. Each one tells a story from start to finish. Everyone is confused by the music video but if you watch (or listen) to the whole thing start to finish it tells a story. It was commonplace a long time ago to do this with full albums but now basically nobody does it. Absolute Power was IMO the best example of this... Amazing album for each standalone song but put together in the order that tech wanted them, they're amazing.
