Teams Q4 and AL4 gather at the Asteroid headquarters. Kai fights Ren in a decisive battle to protect Aichi. The battle begins between Kai, who denies the power of PSYqualia, and Ren, who is overflowing with that power.

This episode give me the vibe of love quarrel between Ren, Kai and Aichi.

Omg, this episode was just perfect--the music, the suspense, the drama. The only thing wrong with this was the fact that it had to end right when things were getting good. And wtf, kai finally rides waterfall? I wanna time leap to next Saturday so bad

in the preview, that's the only time ren feels the vf gloves's shockwaves when kai rides dragonic waterfall and made him bend to his knees and that's the most anticipated match that everyone expected.

I actually love this series so much!! The animation is such a step up from Vanguard G! And the plot is amazing! Though I sort of wish I hadn't read the manga already, but it's great seeing it being animated after all this time!! It's honestly a dream come true 💜

Ren n Kai 's fight just gave me chills....... It actually was SERIOUS... I've to say BEST fight so far......and and and the Preview just got me super hyped.
I love Ren’s character! He’s the best blank antagonist because he has like no real motive but he’s just so awesome it doesn’t matter!

Canonically, Kai is the strongest. Yeah, Aichi and Ren have psychic powers but Kai has PSYqualia as well (in this reboot and in the manga) and doesn't use it. Aichi and Ren both look up to Kai as well. He's their personification of strength.
I can't be the only one who wants to see Aichi using the Dark Paladdin's again, right?

The humming and time stalling that Ren did, swaying from side to side, was REALLY annoying and creepy. It took up so much time in this episode that I'm actually pretty sure the fight could have been over by now, but they needed an excuse to drag into the next episode for suspense. The way he rode his vanguard was also quite lackluster, just sliiiiiiiiding Dark Dictator in.

Psyqualia not being enough would actually be pretty cool plot wise because it’s like the death of everyone without it in the original but showing that actual raw talent can beat knowing the drive checks would be awesome. Seriously I predict my opponents drive checks all the time bye looking at their past drive checks and guards still lose because they had a serious death combo. This was in G format but still. Psyqualia being not all that would be awesome

I'm really looking forward to the end of this. That looks like Phantom Blaster Dragon, but who's the white one Kai played? I may like this version of Ren more than from the first series. This could easily determine if Aichi become consumed or uses PSYqualia to help save Ren in place of Kai.
