Thanks so much for doing this and uploading it so quick! Extremely helpful, especially with the cost of each app being displayed. Definitely a blessing. Thanks John Mike!
I know this video is 3 years old but what is your go to for church and gigs? Do you use the IPad or use the MacBook setup ? I really appreciate the videos you put out. Looking forward to many more videos
I use MK Sensation on my iPad, I'm just starting to get into this for our church, and it's neat when I have to go to other churches that may have a little cheap USB keyboard, I no longer have to bring my boards around, I just bring my iPad, my adapter and a sustain pedal and a small powered monitor.
Hey Dude! Love your videos. I belong to the old-school General Midi generation - and my favorite device of that era was the Roland SoundCanvas. The iOS version of it is great too! Brings back great memories...
Love all those apps. I would definitely like to see a live performance in church, an how you flow through the arrangement of iPad apps an compose in service.
Thanks much for the info! I agree with you about AUM, great app! I am using a Korg nanoKONTROL2 mapped to the AUM sliders and mapping parameters for each channel to my midi keyboard controllers...seems like endless possibilities with AUM!
THANK YOU! I had to sell my TR88 a few years ago and really miss he Strings Ensemble patch. The best match for playing "Eleanor Rigby", in my honest opinion. I'm a solo performer and play keys maybe 5% of any gig....but I miss playing Eleanor Rigby!!! Thanks again
Great review. I use all those with the exception of Basslicious. I have heard that the iFretless Bass is good and am considering getting that. AUM is an absolute must have.
i have ipad pro second gen and all of those apps, but AUM Can not handle processing RAVENSCROFT. Easy get 100% of processing and bug the app with a loud noise, forcing me to restart the whole thing. Any ideas to solve this HUGE problem? :(
Yes Sir, that “AUM” 💯 awesome! I still find myself overwhelmed 🤦🏽♀️ and knotted up trying to keep up with all the music technology you be introducing Master Mike! Lol 😆 No, but seriously I can’t hardly wait to begin taking lessons from you; 🙏🏾 Blessings!
Howdy Mike .... I’ve got a good friend who is blind , but is a Dopest Keyboard player & Singer ... I had thought on getting him into software synths on MacBook and stuff .... But I’ve been getting more hip to iPad & iPhone app thing that been happening .. could you probable do a presentation on using apps on iPad &/or iphone for a blind ? Thank You 🙏🏽👍🏽

"really really cool, really really dope, my auxiliary" all I need to know - here's my money! shame there's no more detail than that. apart from the names of some apps, I didn't learn much here
carnell butler totally different...audiobus just houses the apps...AUM houses them and gives you volume control...onboard effects...midi and audio routing...it’s like having a virtual mixer
Man...I should of bought a 64GB iPad...lol. I'm using SampleTank and BeatMaker 2 in addition to MKSensation, NeoSoul Keys, and PRIME. I got my eyes on the others you've shown. Looking forward to the AUM demo. Also, don't sleep on the Casio PX-5S!!!!!!
You guys been asking me to show what's on my iPad so here ya go! What are some apps that you use? Let me know in the comments!
