I'd love to see Kelly and Jennifer Hudson together for a season. How about next spring just in case they have another season of American Idol and next fall Gwen and Alicia (or how about bring back Pharrell or Usher?)

One thing I cold never figure out about this show is when the judges are first listening to a blind audition, what is the "benefit," if any, of NOT hitting their button? Is it just a matter of why hitting it if you don't hear the "it" factor ?

I don't agree with the block feature. It makes it less about the constant and more about the judges. What if the person really wants to work with the person who got blocked? I find it very unfair to the contestant.
