They're pretty good in speaking english actually, there will be the time when they will be confident and comfortable enough with these interviews, so they can express themselves even better. For now it's good enough to carry out a lively and positively flowing interactions with these interviewers.
yeah. you're right even those Americans out there use informal ways to speak english they even have wrong grammar sometimes but they don't care. they just don't care Because having a grammatical error is normal to everyone and it's not actually a big deal being grammatically wrong it's just that people are giving so much pressure on it that even the slightest mistake will have a great impact to them that isn't really necessary.

Josh and Sejun were both call center agents before their debut and I guess they speak fluent English. Meanwhile , Stell ,Ja and Ken are only shy but you can see that they can communicate well as well with the language . English is one of our main language and we have our own standard of speaking called Filipino English as long as we can understand and speak that's enough already .
