The Potez has a decent amount of good points like excellent firepower, ordnance capacity and handling.. the Gnome-Rhone engines certainly aren't one of them..
The fun thing is, the germans over at Henschel (did i spell this right ?) were delighted to get their hands on gnome-rhone engines (pretty much the same afaik) for their hs-129, aka the duck, who thanks to those saw a massive increase in its horsepowers
@@adraen5942 I'm presuming that was due to lack of available better engines to them. Most likely more powerful German-build engines were simply too high priority for fighters and other bombers.

I remember a game on the Poland map (the one with the lake and the village) where I decided to go up the main street with my B1, and I had at one point at least 5 light tanks trying to kill me on the other end of the street. I survived for so long that I ended up being out of ammo for both guns, so I changed tactics, charged a capture point, and played ram. It still took the tanks surrounding me at least a full minute to kill me at point blank range. Good times.
I've seen a big increase in B1's, probably b/c all of the light 20mm cars running around, I've been having a blast popping them with the sdkfz 234/3 and it's 100mm pen heat
Still makes me curious why the B1 normal and premium aren't put up higher since they have armor that's thicker than most penetration at this tier. Hell, they can bounce 64mm of panzer II 20s... Like wtf, why are they so low still...
One WT challenge for all: Take the Arado 234 B, load it full with bombs, start on the test AF and land at Berlin Tegel, the round shaped AF. Try to start from there. This plane was nerfed in a real crazy way. The two engines are like hair dryers now.
I've seen people complaining about its BR being too low, and I understand. Killing this heavy can be difficult for tanks that don't have the HEAT or caliber to knock it out, and it's especially difficult for newer players. That said, however, there are plenty of vehicles at its BR (and lower, even) that can *reliably* kill it, and my friends and I have even taken to dedicating lineups to ter hunting. Moving it up would be a huge mistake, effectively giving it the same treatment that the Jumbo has gotten. I could write a f*cking book about the things whiny, incompetent players have ruined, and I would very much like to not have to add this.
There needs to be a goliath at every rank, it forces the opposing forces to find creative ways to defeat you. It makes for more fun games and interesting situations. You have to think; will my shell go through? Should I flank, or aim elsewhere?

I went on youtube cuz for some wierd reason I wanted to watch war thunder b1 ter cuz I have not watched a b1 ter vid in forever and the first vid that pop up is this one...how did you? Huh??? This is either creepy or just perfectly timed I dunno.
So at 1:44 when that bomb dropped right in the middle of the 6 of you, that sherman saved all of you with itself by sitting ontop of it as it exploded. Any second earlier or later and that would've been a mega multi bomb kill...
It's always been an issue. I personally believe that every map should have some line of sight barrier on spawns. Either hills, walls, rocks, whatever. It ends games so quickly that you can shoot from most cap points into enemy spawns
