    Great job Anne!! Love using Mrs Wages! And tomato paste from the skins! Agreed so easy using frozen tomatoes! Hang in there with the arthritis! We use the foley food mill to reduce the seeds etc. very cool steam canner!

      I have in the past. I usually haul the tomatoes and just use the flesh and skin . When its cooked some the skin get all mixed in. I like that we can add our own flavors to it.😁😁😋🍅​@AnneDaleHomestead

    Yummmmm. Oh, I’ve made “tomato chips” with the skins before. I use slicer tomatoes in my “garden sauce” I think they add a wonderful flavor. Peppers, zucchini and sometimes eggplant, in the garden sauce. -just chatting while I’m watching 😊. Love your apron. So cute. Very enjoyable video 😃👍

    hmm i wonder is you slow cooked that sauce with a piece of boned in meat ,would it make the ketchup a robust tasting ketchup,

    Want to remove skins and seeds. Tomato seeds will increase the inflammation because it belongs to the nightshade family which have alkaloids. Everything in moderation for sure. Ketchup you want a smooth consistency.

      Yes. Have you made ketchup? I was able to remove the skins and cores easily but those seeds? How do you remove yours? When I tried to strain it the pulp held onto the seeds. Thanks for the advice. ☺️
