The title is "The 5 Classes Recommended For New/Returning Players" - Yet you talk about a bunch of spec stuff that I don't know anything about as a new / returning player. This video has great info for somebody that has played the game in the past 1 or 2 years and is a great recap of what changed but for somebody like me that has been out of the loop for a while this has all been gibberish and the question of which class to play has not really been answered. As a returning or new player I don't really care about what is being changed about the specs or how they work in detail. I am interested in high level information. I am interested in how the classes feel, how a rotation would play out, what each of them is good at, how difficult or complex they are to play and learn.
Maining a frost mage since Cata, I'm really welcoming the new rework. I don't feel like I'm running around and spamming IL constantly. Getting rid of RoP really helps mobility and having GS and RoF back in the rotation is nice.
recommending Mage for new Players.... ok mate lets just ignore that Arcane needs a bachelor degree and Fire has like 5 different Rotations Depending on Procs Boss HP and T Count, even Frost got 2x harder saying this as a WR 300~ Mage Main, stick to Hunter DK or Dps Evoker as a New Player
MM is not good for new players at all...anyone who thinks this doesn't know what they are talking about. BM for sure...but not MM.@@Trump2024Vance Fire, Fury, Sub, Outlaw and Havoc are the only dps with more than 60 APM...every other dps spec is between 50-60 besides all locks, MM hunter and Dev Evoker, but that does not equate to them being "easy to play" lol.
My honest top 3 classes for new players: 1) hunter [because even your grandma can play it and become pro] 2) paladin [ if you die to mobs more than 10 times with this class, delete game] 3) druid [ good for learning about 4 different kinds of specs type/playstyle and understanding mechanic of bosses]
you mean Beast Master Hunter...MM and SV aren't anywhere near as easy as BM. Druid is 100% not one of the best classes for a new player to start as, especially given your reasons. Yes, let's force a new player to learn how to tank, heal, range dps and melee dps all at the same time while all but the tank spec is average/below average right now too.
Druid should be at the absolute bottom when it comes to new players. Setting up buttons and keybinds to work across all the forms and specs is a nightmare.
1:18 - Mage
3:49 - Evoker
4:50 - Druid
6:51 - Warlock
8:39 - Paladin
You're welcome! 😎
Hero, I really hate how some people don't use timestamps in this day and age.

That's what I was thinking. If you want easy you play MM, BM hunter. Destruction warlock. Evoker. Your 4 button classes with low APM

Rotations are invented. Just play, and enjoy campaign...imagine playing a game just for PvP o rotations...wtf is that. Press the button only

Thanks for the info, I was looking to get into dragonflight, and this helped out a lot.

I've gotta ask: What armor is used in the thumbnail? Please and thank you.
Was wondering the same thing.
@@RckLange We'll be wondering a long time, I'm afraid. Although, there is solace knowing I am not alone in wondering ;P
Not quite sure why you listed these classes instead of ones that are far more intuitive and straightforward like warrior, paladin, hunter etc.
(considering m+) new holy pala is subpar and if you can play shadow or boomy dont even bother with mage
What about feral ?
You're wrong.
You're just salty because you've failed to adapt.
@@TheSometimeAfter or it's called sarcasm which is a major problem for people to catch.
I think any hunters fury warrior and elemental shaman are pretty simple and decent in pvp idk about pve though
Thanks for the video!! Can I ask what your UI is in this video please? Edit: I think I found it: KDO UI
thanks for the help mate! thinking rn if i want to switch mains
that really helps me think of what to take
Imo healer wise, holy paladin as it is now should be a baseline and every healer should be brought to its standard *crying in mistweaver*

It's the Harlan's dice trinket from freehold
Pally and Warlock are on EVERY list man, cover something else damn
You want him to cover stuff that’s not true? Warlock kills it
@@collin833 it’s every list he makes practically. And this wasn’t even about “killing it” it was about new and returning players
