I think she’s limited to her chest range for the high notes and likely can’t sustain them for long. I wish Blackpink was trained better vocally so Jennie doesn’t reach with her chest voice all the time. Not good for her voice, and doesn’t sound as good either.

Lemme be honest..rosie is my bias but jennie's vocal color is literally my most fav in bp. she used falsetto at "Best Part", but, it has a lot of tension.
her agility it's bad, she doesn't use it frequently and she's not even a bit precise.

When I first became a fan, which was only a couple months ago, I listened to their live performances, and I did think that Rosé was the least stable originally.
However, as I’ve got to learn more about the members, I have reached this conclusion about them. Please don’t take this seriously, I’m not a vocal coach at all, I know damn near nothing about singing, I can’t do it myself, this is just my opinion:
Jisoo - Very good vocalist. Very colourful voice, and has really impressed me. Very stable, and has never failed to deliver. She doesn’t shy away from hard notes, and I really love her cover of Clarity. That was amazing. She does always work really hard, and again, I love listening to her singing Clarity. There’s a bit in DDU DDU DU, in their live performances, just before the first chorus, when her voice changed slightly due to the choreography, and I replay that part over and over again because it sounds so nice.
Jennie - Also a good singer, they all are. She has a much deeper tone, which better suits songs like Stay, Whistle. When she’s sitting down and able to breathe properly, and isn’t having to dance too, her voice is amazing. Her performance at Chanel was awesome too. Her voice isn’t always the smoothest, but you also have to bear in mind the fact that she’s also dancing, is probably out of breath, and is still singing better than most people. I really like her voice, personally I think it’s really good.
Rosé - Obviously an amazing singer, very musically gifted. Her voice is absolutely incredible, again, even better when she’s able to sit and breathe. I’ve been playing her cover of Fix You over and over again. She was originally the member I thought was the least stable, but that was probably because she was dancing too. I think YG pushes her voice, I think she naturally has a lower, softer voice, and they’re trying to push it, which is why some people say it’s not nice to listen to. I’ve never found that. I think her singing is amazing.
Lisa - We don’t actually get to hear too much of Lisa’s voice in their songs. However, she always got A’s in training, so she must be good. From what I’ve heard in tracks, and just random clips of her singing on V-Lives and stuff, I’d say she has a good vocal range. She can sing lower notes, like in Kiss and Make Up, but she can also do the higher part of ‘Taegowo (x3) like fire’ (sorry for butchering that spelling), in DDU DDU DU, and when they (her and Rosé) sang LOVE on their V-Live, it was really good.
Overall, I think it’s undeniable that they are good singers. Really good, in fact. I have seen many comments saying that if YG hires a good vocal coach, they’d all get better, which I agree with. They’re all amazing singers already, but detailed vocal training would definitely help them in some areas.
Overall, I really don’t see why people hate them. They’re awesome.
