Agree. The Ferrari 250 GTO easily belongs here, and the Aston DB9 is at least a defensible choice. But the Citroen and BMW Z4 aren’t even average looking. I could easily fill a 7 art cars list with classic Ferraris, Alfas, Lamborghini Countach LP400, Porsche 550A Spyder, 964, 917, etc.
Spyker is so underrated. They have amazing interiors in particular, the interior of a Spyker is miles better than that of a Ferrari or Lamborghini. The Morgan Aeromax coupé is also very stylish, same goes to the Wiesmann
yeeeeee The purpose of this brand, like pagani, was to make art in vehicles but these focused on aviation since that is where their origins are, the problem is that people were not interested in that concept of art, which frankly disappoints, although i'm also disappointed with the powertrain of most Spykers, coming from the R8 which in turn comes from the RS4. therefore, for the amount of money they asked for their vehicles, it was not widely accepted by the public, unlike Pagani, and even more having alternatives such as an R8 of the moment the 911 turbo, a 430 or a Gallardo of the moment that unfortunately eclipsed this.
The C3 Corvette 1968-82 is one of the most beautiful cars ever. And certainly among the most attainable. The underpowerd models of the later years can be had for a sum affordable to the average person. I paid $12,000 for my 1982 coupe in 2003. I had that car for 11 years and never tired of looking at her beautiful lines. This is the poor man’s Art on Wheels and to my eyes as beautiful as any in your video.

that's what you call British automobile engineering . . . always thought of the BMW 730Li (E38) 3.2 I6 4-Dr Executive Sedan (LHD) as one of the most beautiful cars ever to come out of Munich, Germany . . . built between 1988 - 1999 it was a true masterpiece . . .
Lamborghini Miura is the most beautiful car ever made. Simple clean lines. Low & curvaceous. Unlike so many more modern cars that look overstyled. And I prefer the sound of the Ferrari 250GTO to the Lexus LFA. It sounds too much like an F1 car, which I hate. The 250GTO's snarl gives me goosebumps.
The LFA V10 does sound awesome. Many design cues from the LFA were used in the Lexus IS, IS 500, LC, & RC F. There has to be some extreme Porsches whipping flat sixes with turbos rounding the Nurburgring track that also sound very gnarly.
1955 XKSS Jaguar only 16 were made due to the Factory Burning Down.. there were supposed to be 25 made to homologate for 24 hours of LeMans. Even Enzo Ferrari said it is the most beautiful car ever made. Had the pleasure to film Steve McQueen's personnel XKSS and filmed it . ( on my Automotive Playlist) 👨🏻👍🏻🏎🏎🏁🏁🚩🚩
I'm sure you explained most of this in the intro I skipped but the DS5 is kinda normal, the Z4's headlights are truly dreadful and you overlooked the Muira. A Cayman with the later rear lights is also a damn hard act to follow for just looks.
I like how each car is from a distinct genre. IMHO, I think the Citroen is most deserving - with price no object, almost anyone can produce a beautiful car, but to do so on a budget, that takes talent.
I personally understand the Z3. Although people complain about the headlights and the rear window, I think it’s just perfect (btw this is my opinion you can disagree all you like)

that's what you call British automobile engineering . . . always thought of the BMW 730Li (E38) 3.2 I6 4-Dr Executive Sedan (LHD) as one of the most beautiful cars ever to come out of Munich, Germany . . . built between 1988 - 1999 it was a true masterpiece . .
Alfa Romeo Disco Volante: am I a joke to you?
Iso Rivolta Zagato: yeah, apparently so
Alpha Romeo front grill; '72 Citroen DS21 Pallas seats; '72 Mustang Mach1 side profile; '74 Peugeot 504 horn; Buick Riviera.
glad to see i'm not alone to appreciate the DS5!
The Infiniti Q60 is a perfect piece of design
i was pretty bummed not seeing the AC Shelby Cobra on this list, that car is a true piece of art!
aston martin bd5 , idk if it would be art but its a such a nice car
I agree with the db9, ds5, lfa and huayra. Good taste you have
you're damn right about DB9 and the Huayra
The Z4 has a elaborate Z at sides with lines, thats ART!
Porsche Carrera GT. The very best and most beautiful car ever created.
11:57 Alfa Romeo 8C🍀. But you mis my favorite… Ferrari F12 🔥😎🇮🇹
Lol I agree with each car on this list. The list would probably be longer though, because there are so many beautiful cars.
Pagani Zonda, 1st gen Murcielago, Ferrari FF, Nissan R390, McLaren F1 longtail, Alfa Romeo Giulia, Audi A8 D3, Lexus GS 300 s140, Mazda RX7 FD, Opel Calibra, Volkswagen Corrado VR6, Peugeot 205 T16, 1st gen Viper, Mitsubishi HSR
Shelby Cobra in terms of design at the time was really special
YEEEES FINALLY SOMEONE Mentioned the huge ugly grill in the aston dbs superleggera
I don’t know why but the way the way I feel when I look at the db9 is the same as how I feel when I look at the mc20
I personally understand the Z3. Although people complain about the headlights and the rear window, I think it’s just perfect (btw this is my opinion you can disagree all you like)
Look into Alfas, into the Jaguars, also look into the Fiskers (eMotion) and the new Japanese Aspark Owl. Those cars also are Art on Wheels.
couldn't agree more about the lfa
My dad owns a yamaha motorcycle. And whenever he starts his yamaha motorcycle it make's a beautiful sound.
