@@theoperatripleaxel5417 she has an amazing instrument, it's just that the bottom of the voice isn't coordinated the way it should. Also, she has to be aware of the nature of her voice, she's a heavy soprano, not a mezzo, but if she likes performing as mezzo, she should be able to show a solid center and proper low notes.

As she descends in the scale she keeps jumping off the voice, breaking air into the otherwise spinning sound and because of that its just even on the bottom. Or the middle for that matter. The very top is also without vibrato and ring thus she just needs to keep building that instrument. Its a good foundation but its not close to being executed excellently

This is a dramatic soprano, not mezzo. Everyone wants to be mezzo but not everyone can.
I doubt she would be able to cope with (dramatic) soprano tessitura.
