What many guys here probably don't know is that darmstadt had so many huge chances and should have gotten a penalty before the 2:3 of Bielefeld.

I did watch that game and I got more of a buzz from watching these 2 teams who ive never heard of before now. In my OPINION I think this game had more quality and skill between the 2 legs and at the end after the score being so high after both games the emotions were necessary. This is relegation playoffs, not promotion playoffs. There is so much more lost to the losing side.

so the goalkeeper goes out to score, and a defender hangs back behind in case the opponent gets possession. why doesnt the defender go to score, and let the goalie hang back?
+LDK447 in that scenario a goalie becomes an extra forward. It is also a hell of a distraction in the opponent's box, and you rarely see an attacking goalie marked by a opposing defender.
Extra man to attack the corner, very distracting also...especially if the goalie is the tallest man on the pitch.
