Now Draisaitl's most common wings have 16,13,7 points and he gets the Nurse pair not the Bouchard one and now who you play with doesn't seem to matter. Mackinnon regularly plays with a top 5 or even top 3 winger and the best Dman in the world.

MacKinnon, Makar, McDavid, Draisaitl they all play with one of the top 5 players on earth. Any team would love to build a team around any of those 4. None of them could ever be the most valuable to their team.
As much as I love draisaitl,…I think he’s the best but hellebuck s why the jets are where they are!…if he can play like this in the playoffs look out because he could single handedly win the Stanley cup!

Jets goal differential is amazing and second to none all season, but having Helle on the back end playing like the generational player he so is is also a huge factor to Winnipeg's success. Thus, people in the comments naming some other player like Draisaitl etc saying "its not even close" are way out to lunch. Hellebuyck is a solid and very deserving contender, period. Anyone who deludes thimselves otherwise doesn't know hockey.
