Dude in the red. I hope that in retrospect ,you realized that you were the missing link. You're biggest mistake (as I see it) was allowing the second bad guy to run up and get involved uncontested. Not really well done, they were lucky that the robber was a wimp and didn’t have the intention of killing them. They did a terrible job fighting 1 armed person, the red guy were just watching as the other robber approach his friends, if the dude had a knife or gun, one of his friends would have been badly injured or killed.

Dude in the red. I hope that in retrospect ,you realized that you were the missing link. You're biggest mistake (as I see it) was allowing the second bad guy to run up and get involved uncontested. If you notice with Law Enforcement officers whenever they have to brawl with multiple assailants, one guy always stays alert to anyone who might try to jump into the fracas. Trip him, slow him down, distract him, always do something to help the team.
