Hello there! If you're having trouble removing a balloon from a machine and losing air, we're here to help! Here are a couple of things to check. 1.)If the balloon is still inflated inside the machine, make sure to tie it off before removing it. This way, you won't lose any air as you take the balloon out. 2.)If the balloon is deflating inside the machine, it's possible that there's an issue with the pressure. Please take a moment to check the silicone valves on the top of your machine to ensure they're not letting air in while the balloon is inflating. And if you're still having trouble, don't hesitate to reach out to us directly at contact@bloonsy.com We'll be more than happy to assist you and resolve any issue that you have with our balloon-stuffing machine. 😊
@@bloonsy even after the silicone valves on top are properly placed the air still escapes while trying to tie it. I tried it many times even after watching your videos. It did no good. Your expensive balloon stuffing machine is great only till the stuffing part , after which it is of no use as the air escapes even before tying it. Which brings all the effort to waste.
Hi, our balloon stuffing machine is available for international customers as well. You can make a purchase through our website, bloonsy.com, and we offer international shipping.
Hi there! Unfortunately, you cannot use just any size or type of clear balloon with this machine. It's important to use specifically designed stuffing balloons, as they have a wide neck that's compatible with the machine. We highly recommend using Bloonsy stuffing balloons, which are available in both latex and bobo options, for the best results. Good news: the machine comes with a starter pack of these balloons to get you going! If you need more, you can easily purchase them on our website. Happy stuffing!
Hello, what is the largest bobo balloon that fits in this machine? Please write how many centimeters wide the bobo balloon will be after inflating it?
