How to Install Java JDK on Windows 10 ( with JAVA_HOME )

In this video I am going to show you How to install Java JDK 14 on Windows 10 ( with JAVA_HOME ). Java installer .msi file comes with JRE and JDK. Java JDK Installation for Microsoft Windows (64-bit). JDK stands for Java SE Development Kit. JRE stands for Java Runtime Environment.
1. Download Java
Open your web browser
Type URL: www.oracle.com/java/technolog... to go to Oracle download page. This will lead you JAVA JDK download page
Click on button “ JDK download ” for Java SE update 4.
Accept oracle license agreement
Find and click on the correct jdk download link right for your operating system to download
Save the file to disk
2. Install Java
Double click to run the download file
Just follow the prompt in Installer window

I followed all the steps as told and added java in the environment too, but the command prompt still gives me this: 'java-version' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
What should I do to resolve this?
When installing any new version of Java, is there a facility or technique that will automatically uninstall any/all prior versions of Java?
As I installed the java there are JDK and JRe in version 14 ( 14.0.2 ) what should I do. Should I have to set the path for jre also?. Please reply.
sir when i was installing jdk a pop pop was displayed "unauthorized changes blocked". and after installing when i was compiled any program, i faced same problem and also an error "Helloworld.java:1: error: error while writing Helloworld". sir please help me.

It tells me that "Hello World has been compiled by a more recent version of Java runtime(class file version 58), This version of the java runtime only recognizes class file versions up to 52."

I am a student and I use BlueJ for programming.
Lately I found that Blue J is running WITHOUT ANY JDK installed in my system.
Do I need to install it anyway or it is okay for me to use Blue J without JDK?????

whenever I click on the green download, nothing happens at all. I really need to get this installed....anybody know anything to help?
What worked for me is that you need to log out from your account on Oracle, and then try to click the green button again. You'll need to log in again, but then it will work

The page you are selecting the operating system, click on the 'lock looking like' option to the right side of manual reload of the web page, click on site setting, scroll down and allow 'automatic download' and 'insecure content', close the site settings tab and reload the download link page, try once again and it will work
The same problem goes for me. After click on the green box, only the lock will be opened, then right click on the link again with opening in a new window. It will automatically start to download Java SE
if you press f12 you can see that chrome is blocking downloads from the secure page that you are in (https), to the download link witch is insecure(http). On f12 you can click the link or try to press down (not scroll down) the scroll wheel, will open a new tab.
I followed all the setup , but the command " javac" still cant recognized in cmd .Do you have other way to solve it?
i do the same ...but in cmd ..program doesn't run i.e. java-version not installed????

Try setting CLASSPATH as an environment variable... Might work then

u have to check if the file is in your desktop or not
u can use the command 'cd' and write your file path if its not in the desktop
