I’ve got one doubt. I am on a Visitor stay right now. In express entry profile, This question says: Have You Looked for a job in Canada in your primary occupation? Options are: 1. Yes, I have done some research to find a job in Canada.
2. Yes I have applied to jobs in Canada
3. Yes I have a job offer in Canada
4. I am already working in Canada
5. No I have not looked for a job in Canada

My PGWP will expire on May 5, 2024. I have a job STEM job in Ontario and I don't want to lose this great job just because of this stupid government's no PGWP extension policy.
My OINP application is in "Decision in progress" (DIP) status for the last 10 business days. Even if I get the nomination by the end of March, I'm still in doubt whether I'll get ITA before my PGWP expires.
My company already explored LMIA option and can't proceed as they don't have enough logic to prove my candidacy.
What's the best option to continue to work legally? Should I apply for a work permit extension with an explanation that my PNP is in progress, basically a fake extension?

You need to apply for a visitor record when:
you first arrive at the port of entry and you know you want to stay longer than 6 months; or
you’re in Canada and decide you want to stay longer.
You must apply at least 30 days before your authorized stay in Canada expires
I have visitor record, can i go india ? And come back ?
Visitor records only allow you to stay in Canada after expired your work permit , study permit or if you want to stay time in Canada. If you wanna go to India you may need to check you have visitor visa! If you don’t have visitor visa you are not allow come back to canada. It’s totally different visitor visa and visitor records!
