They attack the members of another gang when they think they are trying to steal their territories using knife, guns, swords or any thing regular like baseball bats. Often innocent school/college going teens come in their way and get slaughtered. These gang members are mostly teenagers so they don't get severe punishments for their crimes they always have a chance to get away with murder.
