Surili can't meet Biji - Chutu Mama and Elija sees to it that Surili doesn't meet Biji. Chukundi and Tilu take the initiative of not allowing Surili to meet her lover Biji. Mukundi reveals to Biji that he should find a job and get settled with Surili. Why are Villagers not allowing Surili to meet Biji?

The satire in this show is aimed at us, at our society at our politics and our leaders through a fictionalised village called Lapataganj where the common man of India struggles everyday and yet manages to keep a smile on his face. The show will yet again portray the everyday ailments in the life of the common man - in a very common setup of a typical fictionalised Indian village Lapataganj. The story proceeds with a leap of 5 years but much like the previous season the people of Lapataganj struggle daily for basic facilities yet residing there happily.
