I think it is mainly because their international fan-base isn't as big compared to other groups. Thus, they don't get the added benefit of international fans voting/streaming to win shows. Their national fan-base is solid though, they had the most album sales last month and their fan-cafe has always been near the top. Real shame, but once they are exposed more, hopefully a win will come!
