  • Kian is the first cuber to break a World Record using the Roux method, setting a ground-breaking 9.54 one-handed average in 2018. His tremendous contributions have set the foundation for the modern Roux movement, which is increasingly positioning Roux as the top method for one-handed solving.
    In this clip from our weekly livestream, Kian goes through the steps of learning Roux, then talks about basic roadmap for improvement. Finally we talk about OH Roux and what is necessary to be good at it.

    I like the part where Kian says
    "consider which method appeals most to you and you enjoy practicing"
    then immediately says
    "once you switch to Roux"
    It's definitely a given haha
