It’s oddly refreshing seeing a demon be evil and ,well demonic, for once. I can’t stress how great it feels to Finally get a reminder that the Demons of hell are monsterous, nightmarish, terrible creatures and if you saw one, running is the best thing you can hope for.
I was pausing it during the memories part and you can see Blitz’s father backhanding Blitz after the fire in anger. Also one of them shows a burned Fizz on a hospital bed and Blitz’s father is blocking him so he can’t go see Blitz. In the episode where Fizz and Blitz reconcile, Fizz said he wouldn’t have been as mad if Blitz had visited him in the hospital even once. Blitz then said he tried but was told that Fizz didn’t want to see him. We can now have more proof that it was Blitz’s father who tried to separate them.
Also during Fizz’s birthday we saw Blitz’s father give Fizz a birthday card that said Wish You Were My Son. Showing he loved or saw more potential in Fizz than in Blitz
I love how millie's accent gets thicker the more done with him she gets.

Gasp! I did not expect this so soon! Eeeee so happy! Apparently Brandon who wrote the episode didnt think he'd be allowed to keep Blitz's Mom's scene in since it was so dark. I am so happy they did, his voice during it was so visceral and painful I loved it. Also others have pointed it out but Charlie from Hazbin Hotel VA is who sung the final song. I cant help but imagine Charlie singing it and it cracks me up!

The haunted hotel premise was really cool, and the reveal of the villain and the ensuing battle was very satisfying!
