What's good beautiful people! This video just posted is in response to one of the questions I received on this video ua-cam.com/video/gIarBUgbh-A/v-deo.html.
Not exactly sure what you mean but there are adjustments and filters that you can use on the selected layer on the top menu. Is that what you are looking for?
@@MonzonMedia thanks for the reply! I meant that "layer styles" option (opt) which used to apear in the older version of Pixlr in the flash era when we used to right click on a layer which used to have an option which helped us give a layer an outline. I wanted to give text in my latest video's thumbnail a black outline which i successfully gave by adding new text and clicking the outline option on the left or top while it was available before clicking "OK" for the text layer in the new Pixlr E.
@@AghaNoor Aaahhhh I see what you mean, I didn't realize you were talking about text. You just have to select the text layer and the option will be triggered, if it doesn't you might have to click on the "T" text feature to enable it drive.google.com/file/d/1_IOovoKkk-YnbCisDzD19er-q6w0tk-e/view?usp=sharing Let me know if this helps!
You can either click the 3 dots on the layer you are working on, you will have options to merge down, merge visible or flatten. This is also available on the top menu under Layers. Does that help?
Wait... this isn't Photoshop? Sorry I'm late to the party :P If this is as good as Photoshop (and it looks like it could be), I might want to cancel my Photoshop subscription bc Adobe has gotten EXPENSIVE in recent years.
While I admit photoshop is still king, PIXLR is a decent alternative for most people, mainly for being online and has most of the main tools. Besides the free version there are paid subscriptions available which I will be reviewing soon. With that being said, I’ll be covering Affinity Photo/Designer soon. I left Adobe more than a year ago and haven't looked back. One time fee for a VERY SMALL fraction of the cost. Stay tuned, I may just do this video sooner than later . 😀

It’s nice that you can go back & forth changing out the gradient~especially for folks like me who may forget initially.😀
Yes I do it all the time. Knowing those workarounds really helps. 😁
Thanks for this step-by-step tutorial. This is very helpful. 🙌
Always my pleasure and thanks for always supporting, means a lot. 🙏☺️
