That. is a great house I think it worthy of the price .
The only issue I have is for $304,000 that's the size of the kitchen that you get. That kitchen is pathetic that's the type of kitchen you can find in $185,000 house. If you're spending that much money you want a kitchen that is a grand and has space and that's not connected to your family room but you still have to share with your eaten kitchen
Nice home would have like to see more of each space though it felt like I was not getting a full visual of each room

I'm certain it a lovely home, but I couldn't get pass 5 mins. Please hire another camera man. He/she is not showing the true protentional of this home. The agent does not need to be in the footage. Next time, do a voice over in the beginning and at the end. Showcase the house with background music in the middle.

Nice home. Is there another entrance to the master bedroom? Going through the laundry, closets & the bathroom seemed a bit out of sorts for me.
their is a door to enter to the master from the hallway it's just he wanted to enter it a different way
Beautiful home, I would've eliminated 2 bedrooms because all of the bedrooms and looks like the closets are pretty small, I love how the master bedroom have 2 separate areas, but I think I would've liked both the his and hers closets to have had their own closet doors and the master bedroom closets should've been bigger, I think the laundry room should've been downstairs on the lower floor, you didn't show the garage area.

The sixth bedroom was strange to me. I would prefer to be greeted by an actual bedroom prior to the closets, bathroom walking wardrobe etc. If a fire stsrts on the landing one would be trapped within the masrer bedroom. Strangely designed
