Do i get it right as a non tekken player? This is a guessing game, right? Like when Claudio got heat he immideately decided to do forward 12 12 twice in a row just in hopes that it will randomly land. So it means even pro players depend on lucky hits and that makes the game just a casino + knowldegde based? I hate mk1 but at least you can react to lows and tec throws in there. Tell me if i am wrong and why. But it doesnt seem possible do discern different throw animations and decide on wich buttons to press against it with given time. Low hits are too fast and unreactable and some characters even do like 45 damage from a fast low string
so d1,2 in Starburst is like +4 or something like that, so claudio was just checking king to see if he'll swing on it. king has same animation throws with different breaks so it all comes down to luck and context (if king back at the wall, a giant swing is more likely)
