When you spoke about trauma, it made me feel scene. Trauma affects us all differently and it’s not someone’s place to tell us what trauma is valid and what is not
When you were showing the ear seeds I feel like that's the only time I've ever seen you do something unnatural for the sake of ASMR. It surprised me haha. Everything else always feels SO totally authentic to a perfect world scenario medical exam. It wasn't bad in anyway just unexpected!
Omg that is so true. Not every medication is for everyone. For the longest time I refused to take my meds because they gave me this weird feeling in the mouth and made me sleepy. I had to work . I would tell everyone I’m taking them but I wasn’t . Then I was on meds and after a while they would make me nauseous, each one. Now I’m on cipralex however you spell it, the lowest dose and it’s good . 😊
i was sooooo hesitant to go back on medication bc the ones i had tried didnt work for me. my new medication is helping so much tho, im so glad i said yes to it

I had a psychiatrist once who mocked me and made me cry. I read his reviews later and he does that to other people too. This idiot shouldn’t even be a doctor. He was my shrink in the hospital . He says things like “if you were going to end your life you would’ve done it by now .” Or he asks you “how do you want me to help you ?“ . Well I don’t know you’re the doctor .
I had one like that too, he told me no one would ever love me or want to be friends with me because I have self harm scars. People like that should have their licenses taken away. I can’t believe how many psychiatrists are just complete dicks.

Not really. I’ve had it done a few times and there were a couple places that I could feel them but mostly it was like a tingly feeling.
