The thing about these videos is the clean movement that helps you see details. For example, how many of you noticed the was s dude in this video?
Basically, we all love this flow, thinking & saying the same thing.☑️
Beautiful flow!! Love it!!
Girl!! You are goals 😭😍
Such flow! Really love it!
The elegance, smoothness and precision of her movements are something else. There are some very good trainers out there, i.e., Redefining Strength. But Stephs flow of motion is unmatched. A pity, that she doesn't explain anything. Mesmerizing to watch, but hard to learn from it.
Just reduce the playback speed to 0.25 and you'll notice all the fine details :)
Love it
I would have turned into a brick if it wasn’t for the both of you! Thank you 🙏🏿!!!
I feel the exact same way. I turn 45 this September and I was starting to feel like too😳.. Thanx A Million !!!
This is so awesome to hear!!! We’re so happy that you’ve both found value in our content! Keep it up 👊🙃🙏
🇺🇸🤟🏾 you guys r cool af thank u
I will do these with kettlebells. Thanks
Can you guys do a video of all of your mobility drills that are locomotive? like the duck walks, samurai walks etc!
the samurai walk is way too smooth

💯
❤❤❤❤❤
Steph/Jay: currently doing the unconventional strength series through Strong and Fit and loving it so far, Day 2 kicked my ass this morning. I'm concerned that I was not able to complete the hip up combat stance when levering on the right leg, which should be my strong leg, I have to use my hands to push myself forward. I can easily do it the other way around with my left leg as a lever, no need to push forward with my hands. Is this a strength or mobility problem?. I did not find any link in your website where you offer one-on-one consultations but would love to know if you do so I can get some input to get this resolved. Keep up the good work!
i'm still struggling with that samurai walk thingy!!!
With the hip up to combat stance, one side i am fine but the other putting my knee to the floor to roll up really strains it, anyone know where I am tight to help work this out?
I saw this on Pinterest and I let it play over and over, such a beautiful gentle flow yet strong and discipline! So glad I searched for "samurai walk" and this video appeared - yay! Going to try the flow! I miss practicing martial arts too.. Guess that's why
Is this from one of your workout series?
I wish I could do the knee walk but I'm scared due to a weak knee...it pops out quite alot 😢
Lovely.. will try to achieve this beautiful movement.
