Today I will try to inform you by discussing something for any flange gasket fork.To cut the gasket,you first need a divider and with this divider,you have to measure the base of the flange hole to hole on the divider.Take half of that measurement and draw a circular arc.After that,draw a circle on the inside dia of the flange and cut it with a chisel according to the marks on the circle, and the gasket is complete.

প্রিয় বন্ধুরা আমি এই ভিডিওর মাধ্যমে আপনাদেরকে দেখিয়েছি কিভাবে পাইপ লাইনের ফ্ল্যাঞ্জের গ্যাসকেট কেটে নিতে হয় সে সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত আলোচনা তুলে ধরেছি।তারপরেও কিছু আলোচনা মাধ্যমে আপনাদেরকে বুঝানোর সহজ করে দিয়ে দিলাম। প্রিয় বন্ধুরা আপনারা হয়তো জানেন না গ্যাসকেট কত প্রকার?গ্যাসটা হচ্ছে প্রধানত চার প্রকার।যথা-১-ট্যাবলন গ্যাসকেট ২-রাবার গ্যাসকেট ৩-গ্রাফাইট গ্যাসকেট ৪-পেপার গ্যাসকেট।আজকে আমি যে কোন ফ্ল্যাঞ্জ গ্যাসকেট কাঁটার জন্য কিছু আলোচনা করে আপনাদেরকে জানানো চেষ্টা করবো। গ্যাসকেট কাটার জন্য আপনার প্রথমে লাগবে একটা ডিভাইডার আর এই ডিভাইডার দিয়ে ফ্ল্যাঞ্জের হোল টু হোল ডিভাইডারে পায়া সমান করে পরিমাপ করে নিতে হবে।তার পর সেই পরিমাপের অর্ধেক পরিমাপ নিয়ে একটি বৃত্তচাপ অংকন করে নিতে হবে।এর পরে ফ্ল্যাঞ্জে ইনসাইড ডায়া তে একটা বৃত্ত অঙ্কন করে নিয়ে বৃত্তে দাগ অনুযায়ী চিজেল দিয়ে কেটে নিলে বেশ হয়ে গেলো গ্যাসকেট।
