I've never been a professional "artist" per say, but as a former freelance video editor, I relate to this SO MUCH 😝 "How about this? Can we make that? Damn we're on schedule, can you do it asap? On second thoughts, let's go back to V1! Hmmm, can we pick bits from V2 and combine it with the most recent version? What, NO we don't have the budget to pay you extra! Ok we're getting really close but there are still a few adjustments! Also, please send us a reusable version of this export so we don't have to ask and pay you for more work in the future, good day sir" Anyway, I absolutely loved this trailer! I really don't care about Zhezhi but damn, this trailer was sooo funny! Combining the goofy humour and the majestic beauty of the painting was a great idea. Even though Zhezhi might end up as one of the lowest hyped characters so far, Kuro didn't spare any expenses! Good on them!
I may not be an artist but trying to do jobs for people like that guy is as true as it can get at times, the almost unrealistic expectations, the ridiculous deadlines and the overall unreasonable stuff they want are crazy. The trailer was a breath of fresh air for a WuWa trailer and was funny, but I bet artists and people who take on free lance jobs would relate a bit to this trailer 🤣
why does the blonde look like he was animated with more effort than her its insane XDDD also as an artist, i wanted so badly to be there to stand up for her because she was way too soft on him lol i would have had him compensate her for all versions, the original, the alterations, and the redo of the original 😤 honestly she saved him from the wolves too so, its the least he could do
@@TheWayCafe Do you mean in WuWa? Because you can play the event after Act 3 which you almost finished last time, and it's not connected to the main story. Some of the optional conversations with the characters just won't feel as impactful since you haven't actually met them yet, but Zhezhi and Xiangli who the story focuses on get fleshed out very well and are the highlight of the event^^

@@TheWayCafe Yes, you only need to finish Act 3. Act 7 is only recommended because Changli and Jinhsi appear in the quest, although only in small unvoiced dialogues. I would be really happy if you can make it happen because the event quest might just be my favorite WuWa quest so far^^ So missing out on it would be really sad for the overall experience of the game.
