Island Riches really cool video the music was a bit annoying had to hit the mute button. I grew up in Clarendon went to Osborne Store All Age then Vere Tech High school. Left yard in 82 it is nice to see how good the roads are in Jamaica now.
Glad you liked it my friend & you haffi see wid mi, music is a sore point in you tube videos. thanks for watching. I wonder if 70s&80s Clarendon was a nice time N place... peace..
My brother, this video is great to see , in my youth I used to stay with my grannie in Old Harbour, I remember how long it used to take to get to Spanish Town much less Kingston. As for the journey to May Penn and Mandeville, as the most of the family lived that way. I haven't been to OH since 74,although I have been to JA since (Mostly to my family in Kingston and Port Antonio). Thank you ,as I realise I really miss JA.
Your welcome my friend. I'm gonna take your nostalgia about Old Harbour as a request for a video of the town (a trip down memory lane)... I'm headed that way @ the end of the month. Let me know if theres anything in particular you would like to see
my brother, I am so glad that you have replied, if you can make the same run on Spanish town road through Old Harbour to Four Paths that would be great. As those were regular journeys I would make to see family in Porus and Mandeville from OH. Just been watching your videos, man I can only thank you.
I am a subscriber to your channel now as I hope you will continue your journeys through this most beautiful and contrary island. When I was little we would go down to the beach in OH and buy fish from the fishermen ,often cooking out there crab and lobster on the beach, those were some of the best of times.
Ding Ding Ding !!! James DePass you got it you are the second winner of our ' U Know Jamaica Contest' Your prize, the 'You a real Jamaican badge'..... Smash that like button for automatic entry in our next upcoming contest. Thanks for playing. Jah bless
