- I can't believe I'm saying this... but I neglected my natural hair and didn't even know it. It was not until I put my hair in mini twist when I realized what was going on with my natural hair. I decided that I will dedicate this month of march to mini twist. Mini Twist March is what I call it. Choosing mini twist as my protective style for this month will help kick start this journey of getting back on track with my healthy hair journey.

That is the one thing I found: doing my hair made me feel SO much better. I was not too fond of the time it took so i always rushed it. Once I started taking my time I realized how much I loved seeing the progress and the destress was real!

naaahhh the way you called me out in neglecting my hair. it's even worse than yours was. man I have a lot to learn, I kinda started to believe it was normal lolllll 😭😭 #selfdeception
A good way to maintain it is to keep spraying and oiling it down even with braids!!
New here and I love your content. I currently have box braids and plan to where mini twist for a while. I am on a self care, healing journey and now its time to put time into my hair and love on it daily in a safe way. Im trying to get the length lol
Same here with the unplanned mini twist and I’ll be carrying it all through March
Listen like every third day after washing i oil the ends of my hair

Yea I just recently came to terms with the fact that I really over estimated how long I could leave my hair without care. I have split ends quite a good part up my hair strands.
I decided to chop it off. About a digits( on the finger) worth of hair. So sad but I'm strangely excited. I would rather let go of that much, than spend another 6 hours in the bathroom detangling again😢
