Just making a goal of keeping a fitness routine. With the heat and humidity it's hard to get out and walk, so am planning on using my yoga dvds a few times a week. Keeping motivated is the goal
I plan on trying to work out three times a week. I enjoy doing dance videos off of UA-cam and I keep track of it in a monthly spread. If I win the planner I actually plan to convert it to a budget planner. I find the layout perfect for keeping track of different budgeting categories
Love your ideas!!! I use to exercise consistently 5x a week 14 years ago & then my husband (he passed away 10 yrs ago), was diagnosed with cancer & my son also had medical condition going on after my husband’s death...I have remarried...but, I still struggle with exercising or just moving my body!! I’m so out of shape & I have some exercise equipment...i love to track my progress! I need to get my body in shape, as I have a list of health conditions.
Watching your videos is like working on a project with a friend! It's wonderful seeing and hearing your process in real time. I have exercise tracker apps, but they never give me that accomplishment feeling I get with tracking in my planner. Looking forward to more task-specific videos! Planning on droping 20 pounds this year!
I made a laminated fitness/health habit tracker with daily water intake for the week with the cute H20 trackers then another sheet with trackers for movement, vitamins, keto daily, try your best etc. I also made another laminated sheet with Mon-Sun written plus the "today I feel" stickers so I can write how I feel every day.
I plan to do CrossFit 4-5 days a week. It really motivates me to write the workout down and chart my weight. I struggle with writting my meal plan as part of my fitness program...so my goal is to get better at that. I love your videos!!
I journal in the top box. Write my mood and my binge triggers. And my successes.
Hi Heather, my fitness goal is to maintain and keep off the weight I loss in the beginning of the year. Praying, tracking food and exercise has been keeping me on track.

Love the fitness planner idea. I’ve been using a regular planner to keep track of my weight loss. I started on this journey to lose weight for health reasons but now I want to continue to get down to my ideal weight. I’ve lost 60 lbs so far and I have another 35 to go. This would be great for new motivation!
I loved this video! Exactly what zi needed. I do not have a fitness plan and desperately need one. My goal is to actually have a plan this year and I believe planning will help me reach some of my goals regarding exercise, eating plan, water usage, etc. I look forward to the motivation! OMG...I have saved this video because the hubby and I are starting this weight loss thing together. I did not want to buy another planner because I have too many now. You just completely gave me an idea of how to keep track of it. YOU ARE THE BOMB!!!!! My fitness goal is to stay consistent in this process.

I've saved this video so I can rewatch it when I try setting up my fitness planner. My fitness goal for the year is to do a strength workout 2 times per week. I’m new to fitness planning. I’m hoping to get more into it and get an actual fitness planner. Right now I track what little bit I do in a happy notes.
Since quarantine I have let myself go both physically and mentally. I really need to get back on track to a healthier me. I think this planner is so cute! Love it. I am going to make some of the laminated pages as soon as I can grab a fitness sticker book. Thank u for sharing!!

You definitely gave me ideas of how to fill out fitness. My fitness goal is to GET HEALTHY! Eating healthier and working out. I want to come off my medications through clean living.

Great ideas for tracking fitness! I struggle really hard with fitness and always push it to the bottom of my list of things to do. My fitness goal is to be consistent and try to incorporate 30 mins a day of exercise. I am hoping that adding it into a planner will help me stay on track!
My fitness goals for this year is to build strength, range of motion, fix posture disease, and to strengthen my heart, right shoulder, and lungs.

I use the mini planner and that is exactly what I did with the covers. It is working well so far, I didnt plan on having a fitness planner either, but I found it so cheap with the JoAnn clearance sale so why not!

Heather like I always mention I love your videos and I watch your videos all the time. My goal its to loose more weight cause I’m a person suffering for many health problems.Diabetes, HBP, RA, DNP, etc. It’s been a struggle loosing weight and keep my glucose levels under control since my first pregnancy. So my main goal it’s to have my glucose level under 7 so I can be longer for my kids!!!
Love your ideas! My fitness plan is to walk more than a 100 miles by 12/31/2020. I started this on 6/22/2020. I have about 20 + miles in. Long way to go but I know I can do it. Happy Planning.

I’ve been considering a fitness/wellness planner. Have been testing it out via expansion pack. My fitness goal is to lower my triglycerides and overall cholesterol and take better care of my heart (aka, cut back on the junk in my diet and get more active)!
I could totally use a fitness planner. Since starting working from home, my steps have plummeted. I need to get back on track with my walking, but also keeping track of my diet since I'm a diabetic trying to keep off of insulin. :) I love the ideas and if I don't get a separate fitness planner, I feel I can incorporate these ideas into my catch-all.

My goal for the year is to be able to jog at a consistent pace not getting tired, and while jogging, be able to talk and not be out of breath.

I am completing treatment for breast cancer on August 8th. As a result, I need to be kind to my body that was so strong through all my treatments. So instead of some crazy weight loss or fitness goal, I just want to track my health ( food and activity) and learn to embrace my new body.

My fitness goal: 30 weeks pregnant today cut out foods to get my glucose number down and once the baby is born, continue with healthy eating and walking with working out. Set my targets and go, also need to have a planner in sight at all times. Thanks for asking.

My fitness goal: I would love to reach a point where I do all these three things at once. Drink by 8 glasses of water, walk at least 5000 steps, and keep my calorie intake under 1800. It seems that I can do one out of the three each day but I just know that if I could consistently nail all three targets, I would lose weight.

I have been fitness planning for over a year - with a goal of losing 50 pounds. I lost almost 40 pounds but, since being at home due to COVID-19, I have put on 8 pounds. So, my revised goal is to keep a consistent workout schedule and lose the 10 remaining pounds plus those 8 pounds!

My fitness goal for the rest of this year is to be consistent with a morning walk of 30 minutes and drink 8 8-oz glasses of water every day. I have been horrible with water since I left the Marine corps in 2010 and have struggled with exercise of any kind since then as well. I had had enough of exercising by the time I finished my contract

This might be a stupid question, but what is a Peloton? I don't know much about Fitness but I know I need to start. I'm only allowed to do my physical therapy, walking, and swimming.
Peloton sells bikes and treadmills and have workout videos for you to do with them, we have the bike
