We went to Tokyo to try the local cuisine. Tokyo is famous for monja, a cabbage based dish cooked on a big flat grill at your table. It comes in various flavors but the most popular is the spicy cod roe! Although, Chris is not a huge fan of cod roe, when in Tokyo do as the Tokyoites do!
