QBDS query build data source object in the code. This is the same as actual data source in data sources node of the form.

Hi Sir, Thanks for the video. I have 2 records in my table with value 0 (luxury) and then I tried to update that value 0 (economy) to 1 (luxury), but only one record got updated. Could you please let me know how only 1 record got updated? i have used the same statements as shown in the video. Thanks in advance

When you selected one value from Grid, so the update happened to only that record.

Thank you. There are two possibilities, either use While select ..., or use Insert_recordset tablename(field1, field2...) select field1, field2,.... from tablename; The later is preferred way, and you should avoid using while select... because of many round-trips to the database resulting the report run poorer, specially when there lots of records. Always use set-based operations whenever possible.
