    Seriously, you have a gruesome yet awesome workout!
    Right now, the best I can do is walk. I'm up to 3 miles on the treadmill. The time alternates on what my body can handle.
    I have osteoporosis, so I have to be super careful. I will be adding hand weights soon.
    I'm 5' 7" tall and weigh 160 and 66 years. Most of my life, my weight has fluctuated from 110 to 120 pounds. So these exta 40 lbs is driving me crazy. My goal is 135 lbs.
    I have not set a timeline. Right now, the walking is to build back bone density. I'll take it from there.

      Haha! 😂 Takes so long time when talking also, normally this is a 30-40 min workout, a damn hour this time. We do what we can do. I have no idea about Pounds and lbs... we normal people use the metric system 😂
