Football players are people too; they have emotions that leak into how they behave from time to time. Do you make a habit of going out of your way to help a colleague who’s chronic underperformance and incompetence, because you depend on each other to get your work done, by extension, reflects poorly on your own professional competence? If someone constantly leaves a mess in the breakroom, and expects others to clean it up, do you clean it up for them? Now imagine that person leaving the break room messy is making 10x what you are…
      Yea, I think you’d be a little testy too…

I understand the frustration with Wilson’s performance- but football cannot be compared to a typical job. It’s a brutal sport in which someone’s life is on the line every single snap. It’s incredibly lowdown to see another teammate get knocked down, look at him, and walk right past him just because your frustrated with his performance. The honor, ethics, and respect for the game are slowly leaving. It’s just wrong.

The o-line didn't do a great job on those two plays, but especially on the 2nd one, Russel Wilson ran into a sack. He had his RB on a check down, with a 1-on-1 in space with the LB. Even if he doesn't get yardage, he probably avoids losing yardage at minimum. He could have even thrown it at the RB's feet (though that seems unnecessary). These are the kind of plays that prevent some QB's from being sacked 40-50 times every year, and are the mistakes that cause Wilson to be among the leaders in times sacked every single season.

Play 1: No. 45 open path down the middle for a sack, Russell reads and abandons pocket. Play 2: No. 91 breaks through double team for would be sack if not for a the holding and/or Russell abandoning the pocket.
Russell deserves a good amount of blame, but this o line and offensive scheme is one of the worst I've ever seen.

Like, the over the top, toxic positivity is so goofy when it’s 100% serious, instead of tongue-in-cheek like Flanders is. It’s just like “dude, STOP! Just stop. Silence is better than bullshit”.

Russell Wilson is going to be fine. As a Seahawks fan I couldn't be happier about the pick and seeing Russell eat some humble pie after saying he was tired of carrying Seattle for so long, but this is clearly a case of terribly bad luck. New scheme, new receivers, lose your RB1 and starting LT early in the season, playing through a shoulder injury...He'll be comeback player of the year next year. The FO has some work to do, but he'll be fine.

The first thing you do as a linemen or anyone when your teammate is down is help them up, not throw your arms up and whine. You can raise concerns in the huddle, on the sidelines, in meetings, etc, but out on that field of play you have to be there for each other or you’re not a team. No shocker that they are terrible.
