Wow, these are great! I’ve been trying to find a natural looking greenish color to blend into my dark dark brown eyes! The Halo Khaki looks amazing on dark brown eyes! Crazy.
THEY. ARE. MY. ABSOLUTE. FAVORITE. EVER. Like its hard because ColorCL releases so many cool new things, but honestly this is probably my most loved pair. They're almost unclockable in the eye, and there's nothing better than that feeling when people think that they're your natural eye color!
RobOffline I just ordered a pair and I’m so excited! But I also came across the Elite brand contacts, which look insanely subtle, they’re probably the most natural looking contacts I’ve came across! The Amber & Zultanine colors are very beautiful & give off a natural hazel on dark eyes, please check them out! I’m positive you’d love them!

Great video! The khakis look a lot like the solotica hidrocor mels and ambars, a yellow based green, which for some reason look fantastic on everybody else but make me look like I have jaundice. I have to stay away from the yellows and embrace the cool greens and blues. Just bought the halo green, which remind me a lot of my favorite lenses of all time, solotica hidrocor marines. Wish me luck lol 😆
Its just crazy how different contacts can look on different peoples skintones! Those emerald greens look so good on other people, but just make me look crazy!! From your icon though, I can totally tell why the blues and greens look stunning on you though!
Hey Rob, would you suggest to ColorCL that they try to make contacts with smaller pupil holes? I swear if they were a millimeter smaller they would be perfect, because you wouldn't see that bit of original color around the pupil!
I was about to put in an order for siesta cinnamons but something told me to wait. Of course they come out with an orange brown contact and I’m so excited ❤️💕

I wasn’t sure which one to get between Halo Sky or Halo Khaki. I ended up buying the sky because I already have Solotica Ocre dupes. But I wanted a contact that would still look real on me in close up headshots. I also wasn’t crazy about the enlarging effect of the Halo khaki. If I don’t like the sky, I might return them for the khaki.

I would save a lot of money, if i would follow your advices, but i know it, i will catch them all, like everytime... :D The previous edition was way too sheer for me too, but i'm so curious and i love colorcl (but unfortunately not all colors)... The blue, amber and green are here my favorites, but sometimes the best lens is the one you had no attention on :D
You should give it a try, it calls Bella lenses, have a several lines some of them natural, other outrageous, are super comfortable! I bought them on lens.com. Thanks!! I loved your review
Hey Rob! Thanks for your reviews - they’re really helpful. Do you know your eye base curve and recommended lens diameter? I got some contact lenses with a base curve of 8.7 a while ago and they just refused to stay put when I looked around. I was told by an optometrist that my base curve range is 8-3-8.6. But now I’m a little sceptical and wanted to make sure before I got another pair! Thank you again!
The base curve that tends to fit me best is 8.5 - 8.6 - I literally can't feel them in, and the sliding is minimal; usually stops after having them in for a bit!
Based on your review, I ordered two, TWO pairs of Khaki! and im quite disappointed. You can barely see I have contacts, I don’t see the green at all! Yes they enlarge my pupils but...thats it!i don’t get it. Yours look so beautifully green! I didn’t have the same effect at all! I regret I ordered two pairs, I was planning wearing them on a everyday basis, I guessI will still do it. The Iris green regardless they are more translucent they give me beautiful hazel eyes. Not the same with these. :(
OH NO! I'm so sorry you didn't like them - I'm curious, how dark are your natural eyes? The crystal series is meant to blend with your base color, so mine might just be brighter than yours. Also what type of light were you looking at them in - because the close up shots were done in natural light in front of an open window, so maybe that might change things as well?
I have dark brown eyes like yours and am after subtle, natural and as undetectable as you can get. Looking to go a few shades lighter with a lens that is predominantly brown with a subtle green hue in the sunlight. Am hella confused with all the different ones around. What would you recommend? BTW, you are so funny and have gorgeous skin❤
@@M_M1000 I thought that khaki crystal halo would be perfect but I am in the UK and don't think they ship to here. But if they do I would probably end up paying more to customs than I pay for the lenses. Not sure how it works. There are no realistic looking ones here. All bug eye and obvious🥲
Honestly its kinda hard to say because they're completely different tones. One is more warm and the other is a lot more cool.. I'd say they're about the same level of intensity in the eyes. If you're looking for something brighter and still green, check out the Romance Khaki!
It's hard, Iris Hazel barely shows up on me though, but could be pretty if you had lighter eyes than I do - otherwise I'd go with Halo Amber for more of a pop!
BASICALLY! Lol, the big difference for me is that the cold brown has a slightly thicker limbal ring, and more opacity. Crystal brown has more of a blend towards the pupil - but still keeps that grey brown feel!

i LOVE the khaki color but the pupil diameter is so small it disturbs my view! Have you found any like them with a larger pupil ?

I feel like the pupil hole is too small. The cloud brown disturbed my vision already, would this be as bad too?
